the time is nigh to shout hooray

i wore a long, flowing skirt today as i biked to the cafe,
and i felt like an older lady riding side saddle,
with a fabulous over-sized sun hat, on my way to a day at the races,
with a small silver flask tucked into the tops of my stockings that stretch
perfectly across the tops of my lovely thighs,
just waiting to be touched by the feather of a black swan....

it was a great bike ride.

plus i was listening to Andy McKee, who you need to check out.

news flash: i sometimes think things are
going to be a lot harder than they really are.

i never consider the fact that this "fear" is not really a fear at all.
but just the UNKNOWN.....

do you ever get that?

sometimes i think im not adapted well enough to just jump in and try things or start things up,
but really,
i'm totally capable for whatever the situation requires.
i must begin to believe that.

i think i need credibility.
credibility of the mind.
i want to feel like i am worth it. like i have something to say; to sell; to share; to inspire people with.

and i do.

this week has been my "putting forth my inspiration",
of taking those first steps with something, anything, even if i think i have no credibility or talent or worth (which of course i do)

do something,
ANYTHING!!
just do something!!!

OK!!!!!!! i will.

so here is some of my poetry; some journal entries, too.

i created cavernous caves in my carcass
filled with coral cartilage created by
crafty cave-dwellers who can't call collect
on their cornucopias because the rates
have crept up to uncalculated heights
and they refuse to pay cash...

those callous cunts.

barbed-wire crowns on my thorax, no sorry, on my head.
little baby julius ceasar wants to play at little baby jesus' house today.

dont play outside for too long.
don't play doctor either.

baby jesus is just too curious.

i was ready to love you
the day you threw out
the onions because you said
they smelled bad.
they were actually
a bag of rotten
baseballs.
and
that is love.
